IMETECH Power Transmissions determines the processes necessary for the quality management system, their sequence and the criteria necessary to ensure their effectiveness. The constant propensity for customer satisfaction is the drive for a continuous improvement of these processes.

This allowed us to obtain the certification of the Quality System with reference to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard.

The company then pursued the transition to the new UNI EN ISO 9001 – 2015 EDITION.

DIMENSIONAL CONTROL

IMETECH Power Transmissions carries out dimensional controls on parts that require centesimal tolerances, thanks to the three-dimensional measuring machine ZEISS ACCURA II, with an operating range of 1.2mt x 2.4mt x H. 1mt.

Upon request, IMETECH issues dimensional certifications of the processed components.

The metrology room, an air-conditioned room with a temperature gradient of within ±0.5 °C/h and relative humidity within ±3%, guarantees the required high quality standard.
